For the next few weeks, we will be having OPEN MIKE Night on our Monday Night Conference Calls. We encourage every member of the fitness center to send a private message or email (LSJOYE@earthlink.net) to me if you want to spend a few minutes talking about your favorite part of the LEAP FORWARD program or the VitaLife Fitness Community, how it has affected you and the difference it is making in your life.

As always, everyone is invited to our Monday Night 9pm Eastern calls. They are fun and informative and usually only last about 30 minutes. It is a great way to get pumped up for the week.
