Leap Forward In Life Event is a life experience that will have a profound impact on your life. It includes a 3-hour fitness training, motivational and team building seminar Saturday morning and a PEAK PERFORMANCE Ropes Adventure Challenge Course Saturday afternoon.
A ropes course is an engineered structure built for humans to engage their climbing instincts and is for groups of all types and ages. This great event will promote fun learning opportunities in leadership, communication and trust. The low and high elements offer an opportunity for team building and leadership development. Through the problem solving activities of the low ropes and high ropes course, our Vitalife Fitness group will develop the trust, motivation and communication skills needed for a well organized team to operate effectively.

Location is Epworth By The Sea - St. Simon's Island Georgia. Located on the Banks of the historic Frederica River, Epworth by the Sea is one of the finest retreat centers in the southeast. It is a 92 acre center with 6 motels with climate controlled rooms with phones and tv's.
