Out for Blood

My neighbor, Bruce, told me how wonderful NC Essentials Omega 3 is. I didn't want to take them because of the size. He told about having so much more energy that I just knew I had to try. After a few months of taking 1 a day, I thought it might be helping a little. Then something else came up.
In the last 18 months I’ve successfully donated blood twice. The first time was 18 months ago. The second time was last month. There were some visits in the middle where I didn’t qualify to give (iron level was too low). Here’s what I’ve learned. My cholesterol is down 43 points in 18 months. Iron is up. Finally!
At first I tried eating more iron-rich foods. That didn’t work for me. I like the foods, I ate them regularly, but there must have been other factors not considered, because the levels just didn’t go up enough for me to give blood. A couple of months ago I added 2 items to my supplement regimen: a 2nd dose of NC Essentials Omega 3 and B complex. (I'm already taking NCEssentials Liquid B12.)
I’m convinced that these added items gave me extra energy and a better ‘hold’ on the iron I’ve been ingesting. You can bet I'll be taking them twice a day for good!
