I have comcast high speed internet. And if you go to comcast.net, you can read a posting they have titled "10 ways to stick to a workout plan". I'll just quickly name the 10 titles here, but you can go read the extended paragraphs for each.
1 Set simple and attainable goals.
2 Schedule it
3 Find a buddy
4 Motivate youself visibly and tangibly
5 Set up a reward system
6 Track your progress
7 Make it fun
8 Try something new
9 Minimize the obstacles
10 Get through the first few workouts

Swear to god, I'm not making this up.

I wonder were someone could find an online fitness community that would incompass all of these tips? Hmmmmm. Are you kidding me??? Vitalifefitness.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!
