I've had several users ask to have the way the popup profiles work differently. These are the little windows that appear when you hover over someone's icon. Initially, they popped up immediately, and you had to close them by presssing the X. I have modified their behaviour using the jQuery hoverIntent class so they now won't pup up until you hover your mouse over the icon for a half second, and they will go away a second after you move off of them This gives you time to click the "view profile'" link if you like, but does not keep this window popping up for you.

One of my favorite Podcasts to listen to is Zig's Motivation Podcast. They are entitled Inspiring Words of Encouragement, and they really are.
